Yes … it is possible! The word “addict” gives us images of people in dark rooms, listening to bad music and sticking needles in their hands, but many addicts can be found in a gym or on a school track, just getting addicted. In fact, the positive side of the word “healthy” makes health addiction and physical fitness very attractive. Apart from the good news, health addicts have done as much damage to their families and lives as any other addiction. In this article, we will look at health and fitness trends and find a way to recover.

How Could Something So Good Be Bad? According to our current Western culture, those who are willing to pay the price of resilience should be applauded. There are many temptations to do otherwise. Exercise is tedious, painful and smelly, so those who endure it for an hour, 3-5 days a week, get the quality of their dream behavior.

Health addiction and fitness are not health or fitness … it is about being forced to use healthy activities to fill the gap we see in ourselves. Drugs are forced, not punished. The chemical addiction involved in exercise is exactly the same as that of sex and sexual addiction. This may explain why many people suffer from both addiction and health drugs.

Health and fitness addicts are forced to engage in “healthy” activities, such as exercise, diet, and so on. 4. Have you ever wondered if you are being overwhelmed by your exercise program?

5. Have you ever lied to your family, friends, or employers about your time spent on exercise?

6. Do you often see firmness as a way to gain acceptance or praise from others?

7. Have you ever put so much pressure on your exercise program to hurt yourself?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need to consider yourself at risk of becoming addicted. If you answered yes to 3 or more, you are probably addicted.

How Do I Get Rid of Health and Strength? This is caused by your negative image, like any other addiction. Instead of alcohol, you use exercise to fill the void you are feeling. Since the relief produced by exercise is temporary and conditional, you need to constantly go up to work to produce the same relief. Unlike alcohol, a certain amount of strenuous activity is required in life, therefore, you cannot simply give up. Instead, we should abstain for more than an hour a day, 3-5 days a week.

Spend all the time you spent exercising going to AA or other addiction meetings and doing self-improvement activities. You can study, go back to school, join a group of volunteers. You can take a hobby, such as farming or building model airplanes. To help build your self-esteem, avoid inappropriate mental input, such as news, drama, bad, abusive friends. Replace them with pleasant music or with reading or other upbuilding activities. Release all negative, self-destructive thoughts, which limit the thoughts in your mind with positive, positive, encouraging thoughts.

Because there are risks of becoming a health and fitness addict that can develop into a full-blown anorexia, if you try and fail to get a handle on your addiction, please consult your doctor. Sometimes medical and psychological treatment can prevent a serious condition from developing, and allow the mental strength you need to control it.
